Detailed Product Description

This machine adopts a manipulator grip, (pneumatic) feeding mechanism
and adjustable stroke to complete air-cushion heat-sealing. A mechanical
forming structure has been adopted to produce Al/Al packaging.

Equipped with a vibrating feeding or feeding model charging device, it
also has a monitor to indicate when more tablets need to be added. Also
features working station molding.

Model III has a lengthened machine body, and can fill several types of
medicine in one pack. The workstation can also be adjusted to realize
special requirements for Al/PVC/Al packaging.

Other main features include smooth coordinated plate die flow-lines,
positive forming, automatic filling, capsule orientating, unfilled
tablet checking,automatic rejection, photoelectric register, upper
and lower cobwebs, tear line and cutting, printing batch number
(word and color belt printing), non-edge blanking, alarm when PVC
is finished or broken, automatic stopping etc. Therefore, smooth
processing is ensured.
